Details

NVIDIA's Architecture Modeling group is seeking architects, software engineers, and AI application developers to support architecture efforts across GPUs and SoCs. The role involves enabling state-of-the-art GenAI applications integrated with simulation platforms and architecture-team process workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy scalable GenAI applications that integrate with existing workflows and improve productivity.
  • Use state-of-the-art AI tools and techniques to accelerate GPU and SoC architecture modeling.
  • Work with hardware architects to design, customize, and deploy AI-based solutions for specific problem domains.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to improve automated workflows by incorporating large language models and establishing best practices.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and engineering practices to continuously evolve the development ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related areas.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI agentic tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, Claude Agent SDK, Nemo Agent Toolkit, or equivalent technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models such as GPT, Claude, and Llama, as well as multimodal models.
  • Background in computer architecture and architecture modeling is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of driving issues to closure.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 152,000–241,500 for Level 3 and USD 184,000–287,500 for Level 4. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role also includes eligibility for equity and benefits.
