Details

NVIDIA's team develops and manages tooling and release infrastructure for chip designers. The team evolves its systems to support newer design architectures while maintaining backward compatibility, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and maintain high-quality tooling for scalable build, regression, and release infrastructure used daily by chip designers.
  • Develop user-facing services that enable users to quickly schedule, track, and triage their flows.
  • Develop internal tools to collect, analyze, monitor, and visualize key metrics from build and deployment systems.
  • Research and adapt the latest CI/CD practices to continuously evolve the tools and meet industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience.
  • Experience with a compiled language such as C++ or Golang and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl.
  • Experience writing production-quality code.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, computer architecture, and computer science theory.
  • Flexibility and adaptability when working in a global environment with different frameworks and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in AI/ML and developing agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency with source code management systems such as Git or Perforce.
  • Experience with build systems such as Make, CMake, makepp, or Bazel.
  • Full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency with C++ linters, memory-checking, performance-profiling, and code-coverage tools.
  • Experience with distributed computing systems such as LSF.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary range is $152,000–$241,500 USD for Level 3 and $184,000–$287,500 USD for Level 4. Salary is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role also includes eligibility for equity and benefits.
