Details
We are seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to support the planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key partners and maintain strong customer relationships. This role will drive collaboration with major enterprise customers, cloud service providers, and Tier-1 partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management expertise, a solid engineering background, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while ensuring successful outcomes for internal teams and external collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and turning points aligned with customer and partner roadmaps and requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for functional teams, driving timely issue resolution across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales.
- Provide horizontal leadership for cross-functional program execution, managing high-priority issues and coordinating globally dispersed teams.
- Act as the primary customer interface for program kickoffs, technical discussions, design reviews, issue and bug tracking, resolution, customer qualification and validation efforts, and lifecycle status updates.
- Drive program execution from design through production deployment, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer acceptance.
- Provide post-deployment sustaining support and serve as case manager for high-priority concerns.
- Communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers, internal partners, and leadership across hardware, software, operations, business, quality, sales, and product teams.
- Define strategy and execution plans for integrating complex AI model technology stacks into customer environments, from evaluation and proof of concept through design, development, qualification, validation, and production launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- More than 12 years of program or project management experience in cloud providers, automotive, robotics, or physical AI industries.
- Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development, with experience working closely with cloud and AI solution providers.
- Experience driving AI systems orchestration, aligning engineering teams to scale large generative architectures while managing compute resources, infrastructure bottlenecks, and model release timelines.
- Track record of leading complex global programs through full development lifecycles into deployment and production.
- Excellent program management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience coordinating global teams and navigating multicultural, multinational business environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Willingness to travel as required, up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with synthetic data generation pipelines and/or world foundation models.
- Experience managing data lifecycle management, including large-scale data curation pipelines, automated quality metrics for training data, and legal, privacy, and bias risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus building.
- Experience thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments with rapid change and matrixed team structures.
Benefits
- Base salary range of USD 200,000 to USD 322,000, determined by location, experience, and pay for similar positions.
- Eligibility for equity and benefits.
