As part of the Customer Program Management Team, you will lead strategic technical programs with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), driving the deployment of NVIDIA's innovative AI infrastructure. This role offers an opportunity to work with new technologies, including the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 platform, delivering data center-scale performance.

Responsibilities

Lead execution and technical engagement directly with CSPs and their ODM/OEM partners.
Integrate datacenter tools and operationalize processes for AI factory build-out, resolving blocking issues to keep projects on track.
Ensure reliable assembly of AI infrastructure platforms by working closely with CSP ODMs or OEMs to meet specified metrics and schedules.
Assemble and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
Provide technical direction on server system building in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Manage project timelines by proactively resolving blockers.
Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.
Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in program or project management involving direct interaction with customers.
8+ years of experience managing programs and projects involving direct customer engagement.
Strong leadership skills in global, matrixed environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.
Willingness to continue learning new skills and growing capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong customer-facing experience.
Deep experience leading technical programs for Cloud Service Providers.
Hands-on expertise in large-scale compute server build and deployment.
Strong cross-functional teamwork across globally distributed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range for Level 4: $168,000–$258,750 USD per year.
Base salary range for Level 5: $200,000–$322,000 USD per year.
Eligibility for equity and benefits.
