As a Developer Technology Engineer, you will work with leading industry partners and open-source software projects to accelerate RTX and DGX SoC performance for agentic use cases. This role involves collaborating with world-class talent and contributing to enterprise and consumer AI.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize partner applications to deliver outstanding end-to-end performance on RTX and DGX SoCs.
  • Work with domain experts on computationally intensive CPU, AI, and 3D-graphics workloads.
  • Collaborate with system software, GPU driver, architecture, and NVIDIA Research teams to influence next-generation, high-performance SoC platforms.
  • Provide real-world workflow feedback and communicate partner and customer needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while encouraging an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, software design, and parallel programming techniques.
  • Experience developing native software on Windows and Linux.
  • Familiarity with agents for software development and related tasks.
  • Passion for performance optimization of CPU, AI, or 3D-graphics end-to-end workflows.
  • In-depth experience with CPU and GPU profiling and debugging tools.
  • Fundamental understanding of CPU or GPU architecture.
  • Good communication, organization, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and on-site visits with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in agentic creative or professional workflows, such as CAD, 3D rendering, video editing, or image editing.
  • Knowledge of current high-performance ARM architecture, ARM assembly, and memory models.
  • Experience with SSE, AVX, NEON, or SVE instruction set extensions.
  • Expertise with GPU compute or graphics APIs such as CUDA, Vulkan, or DX12.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is USD 152,000–241,500 for Level 3 and USD 184,000–287,500 for Level 4. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and pay for employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
