Details
As a Performance Engineer at NVIDIA, you will help advance AI, accelerated computing, and modern graphics technologies. You will contribute to performance analysis, product development, and business decisions across Enterprise business units.
Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing, Architecture, and Engineering teams to provide competitive and internal data analysis.
- Bring up, maintain, and debug pre-production, reference, and consumer hardware.
- Run performance, image quality, and power tests for Professional Visualization, AI, and LLM benchmark applications on various GPUs.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and tools to streamline benchmarking procedures and balance configuration files.
- Design tools and efficient processes to improve benchmarking analysis and reporting workflows.
- Analyze and validate test-run results and prepare reports for teams across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business marketing field, along with 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Workstation, AI, and LLM application benchmarking fundamentals, performance analysis, and competitive data comparisons.
- Deep understanding of 3D application performance testing methods and techniques.
- Excellent programming and debugging skills in a scripting language; Python preferred.
- Expert knowledge of hardware and PC components to identify and root-cause performance bottlenecks.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong benchmarking and competitive analysis skills or previous experience in these areas.
- Experience with LLM development and deployment.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA hardware and software products.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: USD 136,000–212,750 per year.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
