Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Storage Management Platform - DGX Cloud

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the storage management plane team. The management plane is a web-based application that provides storage customers with capabilities to handle and supervise distributed storage infrastructure. The team works with emerging technologies to solve challenges and improve the ability to manage large clusters of machines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Kubernetes operators and the Container Storage Interface (CSI) plugin.
• Develop a web-based solution to manage, operate, and monitor distributed storage.
• Work closely with other teams to define and implement new APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in both client-side and server-side web development.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, including developing or maintaining operators and/or CSI plugins.
• Experience scripting with Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Node.js is required.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a Linux operating system environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle challenging problems.
• Passion for coding and solving large-scale technical challenges.

Preferred Skills and Technologies

• Node.js for server-side development, particularly Async and Express modules.
• Kafka, MongoDB, and Kubernetes.
• JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including React, jQuery, and c3j.
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and WebSockets.
• Python, Bash, Git, and Linux.
