Details

ING Hubs Poland is hiring for an engineering position classified globally as Engineer III or Engineer IV.

The expected gross monthly salary range is 9,600–16,000 PLN for Engineer III and 13,000–22,000 PLN for Engineer IV. The financial ranges specified in the announcement may differ from the ranges specified in the remuneration regulations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust full-stack applications.
Continuously improve architecture, scalability, and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines.
Enhance performance, reliability, and system resilience in production environments.
Apply and promote high-quality engineering practices, including automated testing.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure long-term stability.

Requirements

MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
More than 5 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software.
Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and concurrency.
Proven ability to build modular, testable, and maintainable systems.
Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Git, and SQL.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and container technologies, including Docker and OpenShift.
Experience with and understanding of test automation, continuous delivery, deployment tools, and pipelines.
Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
Good command of written and spoken English.
