Senior Manager Delivery & Billing - Microsoft D365 F&O

Eneco is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team. The role owns business-critical platforms supporting order delivery and billing at enterprise scale, including UMAX 365, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O), and CRM. The position combines team leadership, platform delivery, operational stability, transformation, roadmap management, and supplier governance as part of Eneco's Revolution IT modernisation programme.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team in delivering change and maintaining business-critical platforms and solutions.
• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately eight FTE, including Microsoft Dynamics, data, and test automation engineers, solution consultants, and functional maintenance specialists.
• Build a motivated, high-performing team culture based on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear standards and expectations, support individual development, and create an environment where people can grow.

Roadmap and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with B2B business stakeholders to understand, prioritise, and translate requirements into roadmaps and actionable backlogs.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap, standards, and best practices for the Delivery and Billing platforms in line with Enterprise Architecture.
• Translate between technical delivery and business stakeholders, turning complexity into clarity.
• Work with the Revolution programme team on transformation workstreams affecting the Delivery and Billing domain.

Platform Delivery and Operations

• Own the delivery of platform changes and the ongoing stability, reliability, and performance of the Delivery and Billing platforms.
• Manage UMAX 365, including Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM.
• Balance innovation and operational efficiency while running live, business-critical systems.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Supplier and Partner Management

• Manage external suppliers and partners against contract, budget, and SLA targets.
• Hold third-party delivery teams accountable for quality, timeliness, and performance.
• Govern supplier relationships while protecting Eneco's interests and maintaining effective working partnerships.

Requirements

• More than five years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing business-critical enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, data, test automation, solution consulting, or functional maintenance environments.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, stakeholders, budgets, suppliers, contracts, and SLAs.
• Ability to connect technical delivery with business needs and lead transformation alongside ongoing operations.

Benefits

• Gross annual salary of €71,500 to €105,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; depending on the role, a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply.
