We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to help drive the future of NVIDIA9s AI developer tools and technology. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the developer experience for AI workflows across local and cloud GPUs. You will play a key role in evolving how developers and agents build, run, and manage AI workloads on accelerated infrastructure4all within an encouraging and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
Work closely with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities, clarify requirements, and drive technical execution
Collaborate with cross-organization teams to agree on goals, manage dependencies, and deliver developer experiences that are coordinated
Improve engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelines
Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards across all products and processes

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, combined with 8+ overall years of hands-on experience building and supporting AI or developer tools
4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environment
Experience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processes
Strong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScript
Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and multi-functional partners

Ways to stand out from the crowd

Deep proficiency in Golang and/or JavaScript
Experience with agentic or AI-assisted software development tools and workflows
Experience with AI inference engines and frameworks
Track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with constantly evolving needs
Strong documentation habits and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge management

Base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
