Senior NPI Program Manager

Details

Lead manufacturing support for data center AI accelerator boards, solve complex production problems, and assist in delivering advanced AI accelerators across various industries in collaboration with Operations Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress against program goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics teams to coordinate product firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.
• Coordinate and manage customer qualifications when significant product changes are necessary, in collaboration with customer program managers and Engineering.
• Devise and implement NPI handover strategies for ramping new designs into mass production, in consultation with NPI Operations Program Managers and Product Development Engineering.
• Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive regular alignment and concise updates across the factory network.
• Ensure continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators on production execution strategy and engineering progress.
• Lead and coordinate teams, materials, and resources to minimize production risks and resolve day-to-day issues quickly.
• Drive systemic process improvements, own technology issue resolution, and develop risk mitigation strategies with Platform Design Engineering teams.
• Coordinate the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record for revenue products.
• Maintain project budgets and track procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in program management or production within the server industry.
• Ability to influence and drive appropriate behaviors, negotiate positions, and make and defend data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and final deliveries at all organizational levels.
• Experience in a technical program, project, or product management position within the server domain is preferred.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly through creative thinking.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Technical depth in hardware and software development techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.
• Direct experience delivering complex products to cloud-based customers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $168,000–$258,750 USD per year, determined by location, experience, and compensation for similar positions.
• Eligible for equity and benefits.
