The company is seeking a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst with deep process and system expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, output management, delivery management, and billing. The role involves requirement gathering, prototyping, configuration, testing, implementation, data migration strategy, production support, documentation, and user training. The successful candidate will have experience leading transformational initiatives and driving continuous improvement in the OTC area while maintaining existing solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and SAP OTC business users to understand business needs and deliver system solutions.
Design and develop robust, scalable solutions within the SAP OTC area.
Build and maintain integrations between SAP and satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process.
Create and maintain high-level project plans and detailed functional and technical design documents.
Develop and execute unit and integration test plans.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly and monthly deployment release cycles.
Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Provide production support, develop documentation, and deliver user training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
At least 8 years of experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst, with advanced knowledge of OTC configurations.
Extensive experience configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing master data, order management, output management, pricing, delivery management, billing, and revenue recognition.
Experience with VMI Hub management processes.
Strong implementation experience managing forward and reverse logistics through EDI processes.
Proficiency in developing process flows, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, achieve goals, and lead new initiatives.
Experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
In-depth understanding of testing strategies, data migration approaches, and release management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the high-tech industry.
Background implementing BRIM.
Experience with software and services processes and systems.
Exposure to middleware architectures such as SAP PI/PO and MuleSoft.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA systems and integrations.
