Details
NVIDIA is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join its Subnet Manager team. The team develops network management software that configures network devices and routing tables for NVLink and large-scale InfiniBand networks powering advanced supercomputers. This role involves designing and implementing new features, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the architecture and development of robust, scalable networking solutions for AI and high-performance computing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize server applications responsible for managing NVLink networks comprising thousands of network devices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams in a multifunctional environment to develop new features and improvements.
- Participate in the design and architecture of next-generation network solutions for supercomputers.
- Manage issues during integration, testing, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Work and collaborate with team members in different geographical locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in C and C++.
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Self-directed and quick-learning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of network topology design and routing algorithms.
- Experience with performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to challenging problems.

The base salary range is USD 184,000–287,500 for Level 4 and USD 224,000–356,500 for Level 5.
