You will join the Test Solution Group that architects and develops manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter system products at NVIDIA and will manage Datacenter product testers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and external hardware and software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.
  • Setup, validate and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and 3rd party test sites.
  • Oversee test facility design and development with efficient air and liquid cooling setups.
  • Manage test facility KPIs.
  • Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
  • Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components: identify root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
  • Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely reporting and material management.
  • Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
  • Provide regular tester and test facility status reporting and improvement recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in PCBA and system products validation.
  • BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip-to-system flows.
  • Background in production test setup including failure analysis, problem solving and ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).
  • Experience designing, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers.
  • Experience with system test development: hardware and software, including diagnostic software.
  • Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems.

Ways to stand out

  • 5+ years of manufacturing testing experience at a production factory.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility cooling design and management (liquid cooling knowledge is a big bonus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (determined by location, experience, and level):
    • Level 4: 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
