Details
The NVIDIA Industrial Engineering organization is seeking a self-starter with strong technical and communication skills to create technical content that educates developers about accelerated computing technologies in CAE solvers. The role develops technical marketing assets, examples, documentation, and tutorials that encourage adoption of the NVIDIA platform, and benchmarks EDA workflows to demonstrate the value of NVIDIA technologies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a suite of CAE solver benchmarks and results across NVIDIA platforms.
- Conduct performance studies demonstrating the value of GPU acceleration for real-world simulation workloads, including scaling analysis, solver comparisons, and workflow profiling.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams and external partners to create technical content, including benchmark methodology guides, performance reference architectures, and solution briefs.
- Deliver technical material to engineers, developers, and scientists through blogs, whitepapers, training materials, and conference presentations.
- Create training materials and documentation to help researchers and developers optimize NVIDIA-accelerated CAE workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of meaningful experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on familiarity with one or more CAE simulation tools, such as STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FUN3D, OVERFLOW, LS-DYNA, Abaqus, or HFSS.
- Experience with Linux-based HPC environments, including job schedulers such as Slurm, PBS, or LSF, and MPI-based workloads.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply.
- Strong understanding of how CPU/GPU utilization, memory, and interconnects affect parallel performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in an engineering- or computer science-related field.
- Direct experience with multiple ISV applications across CAE and EDA domains.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with containerized HPC environments.
Compensation
The base salary range is USD 136,000–212,750 for Level 3 and USD 160,000–253,000 for Level 4. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
