Details

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform supporting developers and enterprises from data and model training through production deployment. The platform includes large-scale GPU orchestration, inference optimization, compute, storage, networking, and applied AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure components for next-generation AI workloads.
  • Coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to deliver GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure at hyperscale.
  • Work with infrastructure leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
  • Support the scaling of Nebius's global infrastructure footprint across the United States market.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations.
  • Define and manage scope, schedules, and risks, with a focus on critical paths and proactive issue resolution.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Provide structured program reporting, including dashboards, documentation, and executive updates.
  • Travel to and work on-site at data centers during key deployment phases as required.

Technical Scope and Expectations

This role requires hands-on experience with physical infrastructure delivery, rather than only software or coordination-based program management. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across multiple infrastructure layers, including:

  • Data center environments: IT infrastructure readiness, including power, cooling, space, and networking dependencies before hardware installation.
  • Compute infrastructure: Large-scale server deployments; GPU-based systems are a strong plus.
  • Networking: High-bandwidth fabrics such as InfiniBand or equivalent, cabling, and integration dependencies.
  • Commissioning and bring-up: System validation, burn-in testing, and readiness criteria before handover to operations.

The role does not require the candidate to be an engineer, but they must be able to engage confidently in technical discussions, identify infrastructure readiness and sequencing risks, challenge assumptions, and drive resolution across engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with direct involvement in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
  • Solid technical background in relevant domains, with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions and challenge solutions where needed.
  • Proven ability to stay focused on critical paths and drive results in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex topics clearly.
  • Leadership by influence and example in cross-functional or matrixed teams.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Asana, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of construction project structures and key risk factors in facility build-outs.
  • Knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC).
  • Experience in business process design or automation tools development.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications.

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement of up to $85 per month for mobile and internet expenses.
  • Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • Career growth and learning opportunities.
  • Flexibility and ownership.
  • Collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects.
  • International environment and talented teams.

Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $275,000 OTE, including base salary and performance bonus. Equity in the form of RSUs may be available at certain salary grades.
