Details
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for the Circuit Solutions Group (CSG), spanning pre- and post-silicon execution. The role supports NVIDIA's VLSI Engineering organization by aligning roadmaps across silicon product lines and improving execution from Architecture/RTL handoff through silicon bring-up and productization.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Arch-to-Silicon lifecycle by developing high-fidelity schedules and managing dependencies across design, verification, physical implementation, tape-out, and validation.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between CSG and cross-functional partners, including VLSI, Architecture, ASIC, Operations, and Systems.
- Participate in design reviews and manage change control to balance scope changes against schedule impact.
- Lead Closed-Loop Validation schedules by comparing silicon results against simulation assumptions to improve future model accuracy.
- Orchestrate post-silicon test plans covering architectural requirements, PVT corners, and critical corner cases.
- Build expert-level Smartsheet dashboards providing real-time visibility into program health, test-plan progress, and prioritization for executive teams.
- Improve operational excellence by codifying procedures and using Python to automate the ingestion of lab data into project management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of technical program management experience focused on semiconductor design and the full ASIC/SoC lifecycle.
- Strong technical fluency in VLSI, including the design cycle, silicon validation, and correlation.
- Ability to align teams on a unified execution path and influence technical trade-offs.
- Critical-thinking skills and the ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable project plans.
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior engineering staff without direct authority.
- Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency, including advanced automation and visual dashboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in circuit design or hardware validation.
- Proficiency in Python for automating data-driven project management tasks.
- Experience running projects in cutting-edge process nodes.
Benefits
NVIDIA offers competitive salaries, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is USD 168,000–258,750 for Level 4 and USD 200,000–322,000 for Level 5. Applications will be accepted at least until October 24, 2026.
NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
