Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Solutions Architecture team to help OEM partners and customers build, deploy, and support successful AI Factories. The role focuses on identifying technical and ecosystem gaps across OEM partners and NVIDIA teams, turning them into programs that improve customer outcomes, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware systems in an AI Factory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment, and support, working with engineering and OEM partners to close readiness gaps and resolve dependencies.
  • Work across NVIDIA Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, sales and account management, and engineering teams to align technical requirements, partner capabilities, and customer expectations.
  • Assess OEM services and support capabilities against CSP and NCP customer needs and develop programs to close gaps in areas such as technical training, engineering support, NVIDIA product knowledge and debugging, return material authorization (RMA), spares, and service readiness.
  • Engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams to understand challenges, shape joint plans, and resolve technical issues with NVIDIA experts.
  • Coordinate targeted training and knowledge transfer with Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, and engineering teams to strengthen OEM capabilities.
  • Engage OEM and NVIDIA leadership to frame opportunities, communicate technical and business implications, and influence decisions.
  • Establish ownership and milestones, and standardize templates, trackers, dashboards, and reviews for partner programs, deployment services, and leadership updates.
  • Use field operations data, customer and partner feedback, and engineering findings to improve partner workflows, deployment execution, and operating processes.
  • Turn lessons learned into repeatable improvements in products, tooling, OEM training, and lifecycle support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of overall experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, hardware systems, or related infrastructure, including experience leading cross-functional technical programs.
  • Understanding of the hardware systems lifecycle, from development and validation through deployment and support, in large-scale AI infrastructure.
  • Technical depth to work closely with engineering on NVIDIA or similar AI systems, understand product architecture and system dependencies, and drive debugging and issue resolution with technical experts.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, establish ownership and measurable outcomes, and adapt priorities as technologies and customer needs evolve.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams in detailed discussions and communicate program direction, tradeoffs, and decisions at the leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct authority across engineering, customer-facing teams, and external partner organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with OEM/ODM partners and CSP or NCP customers on AI/HPC systems, infrastructure deployment, or lifecycle support.
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA products and AI Factory infrastructure, including accelerated computing, networking, and system-level debugging.
  • Experience building ecosystem capabilities or closing gaps across engineering enablement, service delivery, RMA, spares, or support, with demonstrated improvements to customer outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: USD 200,000–322,000 per year, determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
  • Applications will be accepted at least until October 31, 2026.
  • NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive work environment.
