The role involves close collaboration with engineers, data scientists, designers, user researchers, policy experts, legal teams, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex and ambiguous problems end-to-end in a fast-changing environment.
  • Collaborate across policy, research, legal, and product functions.

Requirements

  • Experience building products or infrastructure for users under 18, or a strong interest in digital safety, youth well-being, or educational technology.
  • Hands-on experience with identity platforms, authentication and authorization systems, or user verification at scale.
  • Experience working with regulatory complexity, such as COPPA, GDPR-K, the UK Online Safety Act, or KOSA, or experience navigating legal constraints in product development.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to building systems that are performant, inclusive, thoughtful, and ethical.

Benefits

  • Equity, performance-related bonuses for eligible employees, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts and pre-tax FSA and commuter accounts.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, office closures, and paid sick or safe time.
  • Mental health and wellness support.
  • Employer-paid basic life and disability coverage.
  • Annual learning and development stipend.
  • Daily office meals and eligible meal delivery credits.
  • Relocation support for eligible employees.
  • Additional benefits may include charitable donation matching and wellness stipends.
