Details

SentinelOne is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to own the technical story for the Singularity Platform, including Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, and the Autonomous SOC, as well as Singularity Endpoint, Singularity Cloud, Singularity Identity, Singularity AI-SIEM, Purple AI, and Prompt Security. The role focuses on creating technical narratives, demonstrations, content, and thought leadership that engage security practitioners and technical influencers before a purchasing decision is made. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one or two medium- to high-impact projects while contributing to additional projects.
  • Create demos, technical content, and thought leadership that earn practitioners' attention.
  • Own technical value propositions and articulate the technical benefits, integration capabilities, security features, and performance metrics of assigned products.
  • Develop customer-centric technical positioning and narratives.
  • Create white papers, technical blogs, solution briefs, deployment and integration guides, technical articles, FAQs, and reference architectures.
  • Develop demos, demo scenarios, webinars, and videos end to end, including the required environments and testing.
  • Design realistic attack and threat simulations and turn public testing such as MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations into practitioner-focused content.
  • Own project plans and calendars, coordinate contributors, sequence content and community activity, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Use content performance, demo telemetry, field feedback, and search behavior to determine future content priorities.
  • Collaborate with product management, product engineering, detection engineering, threat research, product marketing, sales engineering, analyst and media relations, and competitive and market intelligence teams.
  • Present at webinars, user groups, and partner engagements, and remain active in security practitioner communities.
  • Bring deployment and evaluation feedback from labs, proofs of concept, competitive bake-offs, and architecture and design reviews to product management and engineering.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for cybersecurity and a desire to understand how products work under the hood.
  • Hands-on technical depth, including the ability to build a lab, create demo environments, run tests, read detection logic, and collaborate directly with detection engineers and threat researchers.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint, cloud, identity, and data security.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
  • 3 to 5 years of directly related experience, or 4 to 6 years of general professional experience, in technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product management, or a hands-on security operations role.
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, storytelling, demo-building, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without reducing them to generic marketing language.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, build technical partnerships, and work independently with light manager input.
  • Growth mindset, comfort with experimentation, and a data-driven approach to evaluating results.
  • Prior technical marketing engineer or sales engineer experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Restricted Stock Units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Flexible time off, paid company holidays, paid sick time, gender-neutral parental leave, and grandparent leave.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Health and dependent care FSA.
  • Voluntary hospital, accident, and critical illness benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program, ARAG prepaid legal, nationwide pet insurance, Cancer Care program, and global business travel medical insurance.
  • Home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement.
  • Wellness coach, wellness or gym reimbursement, and fertility coverage.
