You will use your technical and program management expertise to lead complex, multidisciplinary programs from start to finish. This includes planning requirements, identifying risks, leading execution, and communicating with cross-functional partners. The role covers Corporate Engineering programs involving IT systems, first-party and third-party software platforms, endpoint devices, office infrastructure, audiovisual and collaboration equipment, network infrastructure, and physical office expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Corporate Engineering domains to drive alignment and delivery with globally distributed product, engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Help teams adopt enterprise standards and enable faster delivery with consistent practices.
  • Define and maintain architectural standards supporting scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for new office buildouts and expansions, coordinating with IT, Facilities, Security, and external vendors.
  • Own programs for internal systems and infrastructure, including network infrastructure, audiovisual equipment, printing and collaboration hardware, and building technology integrations.
  • Lead global programs for corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint management.
  • Drive improvements in IT service delivery, support operations, reliability, responsiveness, and the overall employee experience with technology.
  • Lead programs for first-party and third-party software platforms, including HR systems, productivity tools, and business applications, from evaluation through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and functional teams to ensure programs meet organizational needs.
  • Present analyses, recommendations, and program status to leadership; engage with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs; and communicate broadly across the company.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology, including at least 4+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Technical background in enterprise IT systems, including endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs across IT, Facilities, and external vendors.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technology-focused role, with a track record of delivering company-wide programs.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences and engage credibly with engineers.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with IT, Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and other functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The field of study should be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience scaling IT infrastructure in high-growth technology companies.
  • Background in IT service management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise software evaluation, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with modern endpoint management platforms and zero-trust security architectures.
  • Experience with audiovisual systems, video conferencing infrastructure, and collaboration technology deployments.
  • Prior technical experience as an IT engineer, systems administrator, or network engineer.
  • Experience with IT programs in AI/ML research environments or organizations with unique security and compliance requirements.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $290,000–$365,000 USD.
