Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Software

Details

We are looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver enterprise software releases. This position focuses on program management, Generative AI innovations, Large Language Models (LLMs), traditional machine learning (ML), visual computing, and AI computing.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to execute programs and align with organizational objectives. You will develop robust processes for successful execution and timely delivery of software products, assess project health, provide corrective input, and help resolve issues quickly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and has experience managing large and complex programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are critical.

Responsibilities

• Drive release planning and collaborate with globally distributed engineering and product teams across time zones.
• Ensure the consistency and coherence of specifications, set quality standards, and drive quality output for software releases.
• Provide objective and constructive feedback on processes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure systems are in place to manage product feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote a positive organizational environment and model behavior that supports good morale.
• Stay current with the state of the art in AI and scientific computing ecosystems.
• Lead a mix of infrastructure, full-stack, and AI/ML solutions while supporting a sound technical vision and inclusive team culture.
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, including coding, machine learning, deep learning software architecture, and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading programs that build software products using AI technologies.
• Deep hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of generative AI advancements.
• Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Experience with industry-standard configuration management tools, productivity tools, and process automation.
• Experience creatively resolving issues and resource conflicts, thinking strategically and tactically, and building consensus.
• Excellent knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Model theory and practice, specifically with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, independence, and the ability to multitask with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork among technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products to customers.
