Details
NVIDIA is looking for outstanding AI compiler engineers to develop groundbreaking technologies in machine learning compilers and AI systems. The team builds AI compiler solutions that work with NVIDIA's software stack to accelerate modern machine learning models and develops compiler technologies for NVIDIA hardware architectures. The role includes creating new AI compiler abstractions, developing agentic solutions to accelerate machine learning system engineering, optimizing high-impact machine learning workloads, and working closely with NVIDIA software and hardware teams.
Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop new machine learning compiler and systems technologies.
- Design, implement, and optimize compilers for high-impact AI workloads.
- Build agent-driven solutions to automate the overall development flow.
- Co-design agent system solutions with current and future AI compiler technologies.
- Collaborate closely with NVIDIA engineering teams to build solutions for machine learning acceleration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in machine learning systems development, including ML compilers, LLM inference kernels, and kernel generation.
- Strong Python, C/C++, and GPU programming skills.
- A master's degree or PhD is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in machine learning compilers, such as Apache TVM and MLIR.
- Background developing AI agent-driven solutions and automation.
- Expertise in domain-specific compiler and library solutions for LLM inference and training, such as FlashInfer and FlashAttention.
- Strong experience in machine learning systems research and productization.
- Open-source project ownership or contributions.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range is USD 108,000–178,250 for Level 1 and USD 124,000–195,500 for Level 2. Base salary is determined by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Employees are also eligible for equity and benefits.
