Details
The developer ecosystem team has multiple pillars including Developer Advocacy, Community, Developer/Agent Experience, Open Models, CUDA, and Open Source Foundations. The team drives 100+ monthly activations, runs multiple developer-facing programs, and collaborates with dozens of internal and external teams. We are looking for an AI-first Technical Program Manager who is also a builder. You will build efficient and consistent processes, tools, and systems that reduce manual coordination and improve visibility of community events, enablement assets, budgets, roadmaps, and trackers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leads (Developer Advocacy, Developer/Agent Experience, Open Models, CUDA, Open Source Foundations) to surface gaps and risks that need attention.
- Maintain the team activation calendar, budget, and priorities.
- Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows that automate reporting.
- Influence and integrate into the team rhythm by shaping meeting agendas, trackers, and periodic evaluations.
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and lead organizational change by communicating process updates and driving adoption of new operating rhythms, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in operational program management, developer operations, or engineering operations.
- Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage many parallel workstreams with multiple senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize sophisticated inputs into clear priorities, decisions, and next steps.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and automation to reduce manual work and improve quality, speed, and transparency.
- Technical proficiency sufficient to build or prototype internal tools, dashboards, scripts, workflow automations, or integrations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.
- Eligible for equity and company benefits (link to NVIDIA benefits noted in original posting).
