Details

At Nord Security, the Commercial Strategy team supports strategic decisions related to pricing, offerings, campaigns, new products and features, and occasionally M&A. The team relies on data, customer insight, A/B testing, research, and modeling to assess the impact of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze and combine data from Looker, customer research, market sources, and competitor sources to uncover risks and growth opportunities.
Build business cases and scenario models for pricing, offerings, campaigns, and new initiatives.
Turn analysis into clear recommendations for commercial and strategic decisions.
Build and maintain performance monitoring tools in collaboration with Data Analytics and Customer Research teams.
Support both quick-turnaround analyses and longer-term strategic projects.

Requirements

Experience in consulting, audit, financial advisory, controlling, or a strategy or analytics role at a fast-growing technology company.
Experience delivering recommendations rather than reports alone.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Ability to present complex data clearly to people at any level.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Looker or a similar business intelligence tool, and Google Analytics.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience with SaaS or subscription businesses is a plus.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
