Brief info about Vinted

Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:

Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.

Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.

Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.

Information about the position

As a Country People Partner, you’ll be the go-to People expert for your country, supporting the day-to-day employee experience and working closely with managers, both locally and remotely. You’ll handle a broad range of employee relations topics, help ensure we stay aligned with local employment law, and support the delivery of core People processes. In this position, you’ll

  • Serve as the main People point of contact for people leaders within your country.
  • Provide direct support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, burnout, misconduct, redundancies, and exits.
  • Work with a wider People organisation to ensure effective delivery of people processes, initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support reorganisation processes by preparing documentation, advising leaders, and ensuring all steps comply with local law.
  • Ensure policies are correctly applied and compliant with local labor law; raise gaps to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and updates for local Works Council or employee group interactions.
  • Monitor local People data (e.g. ER cases, exits, absence), identify emerging patterns and risks, and shape appropriate solutions and interventions.
  • Contribute to country-specific projects such as policy updates, engagement activities, or internal training sessions.

About you

  • Advanced experience in a People Partnering, HR Advisor, or HR Specialist role.

  • Clear communicator who can explain policies and procedures in simple terms.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Vilnius or Kaunas based, with availability to work onsite four days every two weeks.
  • Take ownership and follows topics through to resolution, rather than waiting for direction.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, comfortable making judgement calls in situations where there is not always a clear-cut answer.
  • Proactive in spotting patterns, risks, or areas for improvement and shaping practical solutions.
