Details

This role focuses on developing the Security Incident Response Automation Platform that supports ABN AMRO's CISO Cyber Defense Security Operations Center. You will build secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure that helps security analysts detect and respond to attacks faster, reduce risk, and protect critical banking services and customer data.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously evolve the platform infrastructure architecture.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and automated software delivery.
Improve observability across platform services, including logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance insights.
Monitor platform health, reliability, and operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
Embed security best practices and controls throughout the platform.
Collaborate with software engineers, security analysts, and platform specialists.
Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous learning and engineering excellence.
Own technical challenges from design through production.

You will join CISO Cyber Defense, a cybersecurity organization working across cyber defense, threat detection, incident response, engineering, and security strategy. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering positions.
Good understanding of asynchronous, event-driven microservice design patterns and related infrastructure architectures, with strong practical experience implementing them in Azure.
Excellent knowledge and experience with Azure Kubernetes.
Practical experience managing Azure IaC with Terraform.
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and monitoring.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, PowerShell, and Bash.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Interest in cloud-native platforms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation.
