- Build skill libraries, prompt libraries, training, and coaching programs to drive adoption and self-sufficiency across the marketing organization.
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of GTM engineers, a marketing technology/operations lead, and an enablement/governance lead.
- Define and report metrics including cycle-time reduction, output quality, cost-to-serve, and pipeline and revenue influence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across marketing/GTM operations, marketing technology, growth, or a related function, including meaningful ownership of systems that directly affected pipeline or revenue.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing people, ideally across technical and operational roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of a modern GTM or marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, CDP platforms such as Segment, Tealium, mParticle, or Adobe Real-Time CDP, and analytics or orchestration tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI in GTM work, including agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex; LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini; evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith and Braintrust; and human-in-the-loop review and prompt architecture practices.
- Track record of translating strategy into shipped systems and driving adoption across teams not directly managed.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and experience partnering with legal, security, sales, and product to ship safely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience establishing or scaling an AI or automation function within a larger marketing or GTM organization.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms such as n8n and Make, APIs/MCP integrations, and lightweight scripting using SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- B2B or enterprise SaaS experience.
- Experience building AI measurement and governance frameworks in regulated or brand-sensitive environments.
Benefits
- Restricted Stock Units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Flexible time off, paid company holidays, paid sick time, gender-neutral parental leave, and grandparent leave.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; health and dependent care FSA; voluntary benefits; Employee Assistance Program; prepaid legal services; pet insurance; cancer care program; and global business travel medical insurance.
- Home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement.
