Details

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer, Inbound to build and operate AI agents, automations, and integrations for the inbound marketing funnel. The role focuses on helping prospects find SentinelOne, convert, get routed, and get nurtured while improving lead response times, lead scoring, and personalization throughout the buyer journey.

This is a senior individual contributor position embedded with demand generation, digital, and marketing operations. Success is measured by faster lead response times, higher conversion rates, reduced manual work, and measurable quality across inbound automation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build automations that route, score, and respond to inbound leads in minutes.
  • Design and deploy chat agents, form-follow-up agents, and lead-qualification agents for top-of-funnel activities.
  • Build and integrate website personalization, dynamic forms, and content recommendations based on visitor intent and account data.
  • Own the lead lifecycle stack by integrating marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, and CRM systems, including Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, ZoomInfo or Clearbit, and 6sense.
  • Build workflows supporting content production, on-page optimization, and SEO performance tracking at scale.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for lead-scoring accuracy, chat-agent quality, and routing correctness against human baselines.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop review for customer-facing outputs, along with logging and rollback paths.
  • Coach marketing operations and demand-generation teams on AI adoption.
  • Create playbooks, reusable templates, and shared prompt and skill libraries.
  • During the first three months, embed with one or two priority teams, map high-friction workflows, and ship an end-to-end automation with an evaluation harness.
  • During months four to six, expand use cases, establish reusable templates and shared libraries, and coach supported teams toward self-sufficiency.
  • During months seven to twelve, own a meaningful portion of the GTM stack and its agentic workflows, demonstrate measurable impact, and hand off mature systems to their owning teams.
  • Own the year-one outcome of deploying and instrumenting high-friction workflows, increasing team self-sufficiency, expanding reusable documentation, and ensuring every deployed system has an evaluation and rollback path.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of experience across growth or GTM marketing, marketing or revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering, including hands-on experience building automation or AI into real GTM workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that changed real work.
  • Fluency with modern GTM systems and data flows across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics.
  • Experience owning integrations and pipelines between GTM systems.
  • Strong prompt architecture skills and practical experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms such as n8n or Make, and API or MCP integrations.
  • Working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript for building lightweight tools, integrations, and workflows.
  • Understanding of funnels, ideal customer profiles, buying signals, and revenue-focused automation decisions.
  • Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, including prompt evaluations, benchmarking, or regression testing, is preferred.
  • Practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases is preferred.
  • Ability to coach non-technical teammates through AI adoption and anticipate resistance without relying on positional authority is preferred.
  • B2B and enterprise SaaS background, with familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints for automated outputs, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Restricted Stock Units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Flexible time off, paid company holidays, paid sick time, gender-neutral parental leave, and grandparent leave.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Health and dependent care FSA.
  • Voluntary hospital, accident, and critical illness benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program, ARAG pre-paid legal, nationwide pet insurance, Cancer Care program, and global business travel medical insurance.
  • Home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement.
  • Wellness coach, wellness or gym reimbursement, fertility coverage, and adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range is $132,000–$182,000 USD and may vary based on the candidate's location. A different range may apply in some locations.
