The platform uses Go, React, and AI to deliver automated communication based on real-time behavioral data.
Responsibilities

- Establish an operating rhythm that helps the team move quickly without unnecessary ceremony.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure, with strong peer review, QA, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices.

- Provide direct, timely, and specific coaching and create development opportunities for direct reports.
- Hire, onboard, and manage performance to ensure the team can achieve its goals.
- Bring an AI-native perspective by using AI tools to accelerate team velocity, prototyping, and delivery.
- Partner across engineering and other departments to align efforts with customer success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineers at a B2B or B2C SaaS company, ideally in an early-to-mid-stage environment.
- A track record of driving execution and delivering outcomes with milestones and dates, particularly in complex or fast-moving environments.
- A strong technical background, including the ability to participate in architecture conversations and design reviews, represent technical decisions across the company, and remain credible through recent hands-on delivery experience.
- Comfort working autonomously with limited prescribed structure and making difficult trade-offs between competing priorities.
- Demonstrated AI-native leadership, including introducing AI-first practices into how a team builds software.
- Experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams.
- Clear, concise, and direct verbal and written communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $185,000–$215,000 USD, or equivalent in local currency, depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
- 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for the employee and family.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Unlimited paid time off.
