Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally including B2B SaaS or platforms using behavioral data for automation or messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with metrics dashboards, and experience using data to shape product direction and evaluate impact.
  • Proven ability to independently lead feature development, reduce scope, and deliver successful outcomes with small teams.
  • Strong product intuition, humility, and an experimentation-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional written communication and decision-framing skills, particularly in remote and async-first environments.
  • Experience using or developing AI-powered tools in a product workflow.
  • Technical background with the ability to build basic web applications, write scripts, and work with engineering teams on data models, APIs, and performance requirements.
  • Experience serving as a point of contact or directly responsible individual for engineering initiatives, including setting objectives and navigating trade-offs.
  • Experience with complex workflows or automation products is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD, or equivalent in local currency, depending on experience and market rates.
