NVIDIA is seeking a creative and highly motivated Enterprise AV Design & Collaboration Engineer to design conference rooms and event spaces that support collaboration across the organization. In this on-site role, you will engineer seamless collaboration experiences and manage the logistics required to deploy and operate enterprise AV environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
Manage the end-to-end logistics of AV infrastructure, including purchase orders, vendor relationships, equipment ordering, configuration, and shipping to global sites.
Work with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings through final commissioning.
Provide Tier 3 operational support and resolve complex hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
Design and support the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing and Operator Connect with high availability.
Develop API-led automation using Webex and Microsoft Graph.
Create custom macros and UI extensions, integrate AV with smart-building systems, and apply observability-first and UX journey-driven approaches to deliver scalable collaboration experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise audio-visual engineering, design, and support.
Deep technical expertise configuring and troubleshooting AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming with Q-SYS and Biamp, and control systems including Crestron and Extron.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, and multicast networking protocols as they apply to AV traffic, including Dante, AES67, and NVX.
Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: USD 144,000–230,000 per year, determined by location, experience, and compensation for similar positions.
Eligible for equity and benefits.
