Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, supporting workloads from data and model training through production deployment. The company operates data centers and R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel.
As a Field Network Technician, you will support IT operations at remote locations and deploy data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions. This hands-on role focuses on network infrastructure, project execution, troubleshooting, and operational support within large-scale AI and GPU cloud environments. You will work from Nebius's Missouri data center location and travel frequently to support deployments, operational activities, and infrastructure expansion across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and deploying new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and Layer 1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers.
- Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities.
- Travel for on-site installations and technical support.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering service operations and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server, and network equipment.
- Proficiency with IT hardware components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
- Relevant entry-level certifications, such as CCNA.
- Valid driving license.
- ITIL and/or PMI certification is a plus.

- Base compensation range: $112,700–$140,800 USD per year.
