Details

At Nord Security, you will build and maintain internal AI-powered and automation tools that help teams work more efficiently and eliminate repetitive manual work. You will develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, owning the full development lifecycle from design and delivery through scaling applications that support the company’s transition to an AI-first organization.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, design, and develop full-stack internal applications using AI, taking solutions from initial concept to production.
Connect AI-powered tools to internal platforms and data sources such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and BigQuery through well-designed APIs.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ensure applications are reliable and scalable.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly tools.
Apply security best practices, particularly when handling sensitive data and AI pipelines.

Requirements

Solid experience building end-to-end web applications using technologies such as Python or Node.js together with React or Vue.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud resource management on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Understanding of secure coding practices, particularly for data handling.
A high level of independence, ownership, and a can-do attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and shifting requirements, problems, and priorities.
A product- and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make independent decisions and focus on delivering user value.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with AI/ML APIs or building AI-powered features.
Familiarity with vector databases and observability tooling.
Experience administering third-party SaaS platforms and managing access controls, including SSO and permissions.
