Details

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Enablement Trainer, Claude Products, to teach its global field organization how to use Claude products effectively and position them credibly with customers. The role focuses on making field employees sophisticated Claude users and equipping them to conduct credible technical conversations with customers, anticipate difficult questions, and engage technical buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Own product enablement for the global field organization, covering new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap.
  • Build programs that help Anthropic sellers become expert users of Claude in their daily work.
  • Create enablement for positioning products with technical and business buyers, including demo readiness, objection handling, and competitive framing.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to gain early visibility into upcoming releases and shape how products reach the field.
  • Identify product surfaces requiring significant enablement investment and advocate for that investment before launch.
  • Build and maintain the product certification path for core products.
  • Create demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Establish feedback loops to communicate field and customer feedback about product gaps to Product and Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience bridging sales and technical audiences through solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, technical account management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools such as Claude and Claude Code in real-world workflows.
  • Working technical knowledge of LLM products, including prompting, context, tool use, and APIs, sufficient to demonstrate them live and answer technical questions from engineering buyers.
  • Experience translating complex, fast-moving technical products into demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula.
  • Experience writing and presenting technical material to audiences with different levels of technical depth.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The field of study should be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling.
  • Experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization.
  • Prior experience as a solutions engineer or sales engineer carrying a technical win.
  • Experience building technical certification programs.
  • A track record of delivering enablement content used by the field.
  • Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare a field team ahead of launch.
  • Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
