Details
Anthropic is seeking a leader to build the next generation of sales enablement using a Claude-first approach. The role focuses on creating hyper-personalized enablement experiences delivered in the flow of work and measured by their impact on seller performance. The position begins as an individual contributor, with responsibility for setting direction and building a team over time.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for a Claude-first approach to enablement, including deciding what to build, retire, and how enablement is designed and delivered.
- Use Claude to tailor learning to each seller's role, tenure, and live deals.
- Design workflows that bring guidance to sellers in the tools they already use when they need it.
- Lead the learning platform, enablement tools, playbooks, and content hub, using Claude to keep knowledge accurate, current, and easy to find.
- Run enablement like a product by leading discovery with sellers and sales leaders, working with engineering and design, and testing on live deals before scaling.
- Track adoption and impact on ramp time, win rate, and attainment, and act on the data.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement so programs, systems, and workflows provide a unified experience.
- Run experiments with new Claude capabilities, scale successful approaches, and establish standards for responsible AI use and data governance in enablement.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise using AI to design and deliver enablement or learning at scale, such as personalized learning, AI coaching, or guidance in daily workflows.
- Background in user experience design, product management, or workflow design applied to enablement, learning, or sales tools.
- Experience leading the design and launch of a product or learning experience at scale, with evidence of changes in adoption and results.
- Experience working directly with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to secure sponsorship for change, including constructively challenging stakeholders.
- Experience testing and improving programs with sellers and sales leaders before scaling them.
- Experience defining and tracking adoption and impact measures beyond completion and satisfaction scores.
- Experience running programs across multiple geographies, segments, or roles.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The field of study must be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and leading a team of senior enablement professionals, with comfort delivering hands-on work initially.
- An experience-based perspective on why learning programs often fail to change how sellers work.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Experience at an AI or enterprise technology company during rapid sales-team scaling.
- Hands-on experience building with Claude or similar AI tools to personalize learning or improve knowledge discovery.
- Clear written and spoken communication with executive audiences.
- Experience selecting and operating learning platforms and enablement tools.
Benefits
Anthropic offers competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and an office environment for collaboration. Anthropic also provides visa sponsorship support where feasible and retains an immigration lawyer to assist with the process.
The location-based hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of Anthropic's offices at least 25% of the time, although some roles may require more office time.
