  • Own forecasting, capacity planning, and logistics performance while improving accuracy, shortening lead times, controlling lifecycle costs, reducing excess stock and waste, and maintaining service through supply disruptions.
  • Use OpenAI products, including Codex and agents, to solve unresolved logistics problems and improve accuracy, speed, and scale with appropriate evaluation, security, and human oversight.
  • Manage and develop team members, building skills, ownership, and delivery quality.
  • Build team and delivery-partner capabilities that sustain quality and consistency as demand grows.
  • Scale global service through accountable regional partners and repeatable operations that meet local needs while maintaining speed, inventory accuracy, and a consistent employee experience.
  • Maintain reliable daily operations as demand changes, with timely escalation resolution, aligned capacity and commitments, and clear decision ownership across engineering, security, support, workplace, finance, and procurement.

Requirements

  • Experience leading inventory and fulfillment across multiple sites or regions, including forecasting, delivery partners, service performance, and cost management.
  • Demonstrated improvements in accuracy, reconciliation, shrinkage, availability, and lead times.
  • Experience delivering automation and AI-enabled workflows used in daily operations, including solutions to previously unresolved problems.
  • Ability to explain personal contributions, measurable results, reliability testing, security controls, and human oversight for automation and AI solutions.
  • Experience managing people through rising demand and changing priorities, including goals, feedback, performance, and development.
  • Experience launching services that meet employee or customer needs while balancing usability, cost, security, and control.
