NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Enablement Engineering Manager to join the NVIDIA-Cumulus Engineering Team. This role manages and leads customer enablement engineers working with NVIDIA Cumulus Linux and takes ownership of tasks that drive the success of data center networking solutions. The position is part of a software team responsible for qualifying Network Operating System software and serves as a key link between NVIDIA customers, partners, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer solutions, architectures, and internal infrastructure to identify where NVIDIA platforms, software, and services can provide business and technical value.
  • Act as the on-site technical representative for critical and complex support cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with Product and Program Management, Engineering, Production Line, and HR teams to achieve business objectives, improve user experiences, and develop user-friendly production test content.
  • Coordinate with NVIDIA product, solution, and engineering groups to align roadmaps, resolve issues, and shape solutions for partners.
  • Guide team members in creating career development plans and setting achievable goals.
  • Analyze customer-found defects, identify test gaps, and ensure coverage in regression testing.
  • Collaborate with design and other internal engineering groups to identify, report, and resolve testing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and customer engagements.
  • At least 5 years of management experience leading a team of five or more engineers.
  • Strong leadership skills and technical expertise in software and hardware systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, people management, and technical presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, such as MLAG, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, and EVPN, as well as data center technologies.
  • Experience using Ixia or Spirent test tools and test management tools.
  • Strong Python or other scripting language skills.
  • Experience working with Unix or Linux-based operating systems.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep competence in data center networking and cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience working with customers on deployment and pre-production activities.
  • Customer account management experience, ideally with large telecommunications or cloud providers.
  • Experience spanning data forwarding, Linux kernel networking, and system software.
  • Significant data center and cloud-native experience.
  • Experience with continuous integration methodologies and tools, including Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary range is USD 224,000–356,500 for Level 3 and USD 272,000–431,250 for Level 4. The position is also eligible for equity and benefits. Applications will be accepted at least until May 8, 2026.
