At Coveron, a Nord Security product, you will help build a complete identity theft protection service combining dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance. The role focuses on planning and delivering cross-team digital marketing projects that help people protect their identities and finances from online scammers and recover from cyber crime.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and ensure the timely delivery of cross-team projects.
• Lead multiple projects by defining requirements and deadlines, developing detailed project plans, and tracking the completion of work tickets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to prioritize high-value projects.
• Balance business needs with constraints and establish business priorities.
• Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Set and maintain project goals, milestones, and deadlines.
• Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps, and keep teams informed and accountable.
• Manage, organize, and distribute project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing projects in digital marketing.
• A rigorous approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly shift between hands-on projects and project management tasks.
• Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders of varying seniority.
• Strong sense of ownership, impeccable attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
