SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations to drive program execution across high-priority workstreams within Customer Outcomes, including Customer Experience, Services, and Detection & Engineering. Reporting to the Principal Technical Program Manager, this role will own the operational rhythm for threat intelligence partnerships, AI model program management, and strategic projects.

The Threat Operations organization operates at the intersection of intelligence, detection, and AI, supporting the capabilities that protect customers and advance SentinelOne's platform against the threat landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Support management of SentinelOne's threat intelligence partnership portfolio, including external paid data feeds and intelligence-sharing arrangements with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate internal intelligence-sharing programs across Information Security, Marketing, and product teams to ensure threat data is leveraged effectively.
  • Drive partnership lifecycle management from evaluation and onboarding through governance, renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for intelligence partnership coordination, ensuring deliverables, data-sharing agreements, and timelines are met.
  • Support program management for AI model access arrangements within the Customer Outcomes organization, including vendor programs, usage tracking, and cross-functional alignment on model deployment.
  • Drive structured planning, execution, and reporting for AI model integration initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Research teams to translate model capabilities and access terms into actionable project plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
  • Track program status, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of AI-related initiatives from kickoff through implementation.
  • Lead program management for high-visibility ThreatOps engagements, including industry evaluations, annual and quarterly threat reports, and other special projects.
  • Guide engagements from initial scope definition through planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Deliver regular, transparent status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps and implement standard operating procedures to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Build and maintain program cadences, including status reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with ThreatOps, Engineering, Product, IT Security, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
  • Identify operational friction and recurring execution gaps and translate them into process, tooling, or organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery within a technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Technical program management rigor combined with cybersecurity domain knowledge.
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including contract governance, service-level agreements, data-sharing agreements, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, vendor model access programs, or related technical program management in an AI-adjacent domain.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project deliverables and success criteria for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Proactive and accountable approach to problem-solving, with the ability to drive execution without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms, or security operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience with threat intelligence programs, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant plus.
