Stripe Terminal helps businesses extend their online presence to the physical world by providing building blocks for in-person payments. The Developer Experiences team owns the SDKs, APIs, integration primitives, documentation, and example apps that developers and AI agents use to build on Terminal.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and execution for Terminal's developer experience, including client SDKs for JavaScript, iOS, Android, React Native, .NET, and Java; integration primitives; documentation; and example apps.
Break the roadmap into milestones, define requirements, prioritize work, and drive delivery through sprint planning.
Engage with external developers, platforms, and internal Stripe teams to validate ideas, requirements, and prototypes.
Partner with engineering and design to ship functionality that improves the experience for developers building on Terminal.
Own integration primitives including connection tokens, integration authentication, device attestation, and connectivity.
Set the direction for integrations at scale, including server-driven integration, reusable example apps, and agentic tooling that enables AI agents to build and test safely.
Maintain a high standard for Terminal's documentation and accessibility.
Use data to form a point of view, define success metrics, and evaluate whether changes are effective.
Communicate decisions and status to stakeholders and apply technical judgment to tradeoff decisions.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience, with a track record of shipping products that solve real user problems.
Technical expertise gained by building and owning developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
A track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams within an established product vision and strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and structure ambiguous problems from first principles.
Comfort working across functions, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts while engaging in healthy, respectful debate.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mobile SDKs, including iOS or Android, or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native.
Experience with payments, in-person commerce, or hardware-adjacent products.
Experience building for AI agents or developing agentic tooling.
Experience building and launching zero-to-one products.
A hands-on approach, including testing integrations and improving documentation before shipping functionality.
