Glean serves customers across more than 50 industries and has over 1,000 employees in more than 25 countries.
As a member of the Product Operations team, you will help shape and scale the operational backbone of Glean's product development organization while fostering a connected Product team community. Reporting to the Head of Product Ops, you will support a high-growth SaaS product organization through strategic thinking, hands-on execution, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. An AI-first mindset is expected.
Responsibilities
- Design the operating rhythm, including roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops that keep product teams aligned without creating unnecessary overhead.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, go-to-market, and product marketing teams.
- Unblock decisions and help teams move forward without directly owning them.
- Run cross-functional programs through completion and adapt when priorities shift.
- Close the voice-of-customer loop by turning support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals into prioritized, actionable product insights.
- Document decisions clearly and communicate at the appropriate level for each audience.
- Own the narrative around how the product organization operates.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management.
- Strong discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment working with enterprise customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Systems thinking and the ability to design scalable processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Ability to influence without authority by being useful and credible.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams through completion.
- Comfort with ambiguity, incomplete information, and making fast, reversible decisions.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex decisions clearly.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and demonstrated interest in applying AI-first thinking to product and operational challenges.
- Fluency with product analytics, including funnels, retention, and segmentation, as well as qualitative research methods.
- Hands-on experience and technical aptitude with Jira usage for teams and portfolios.
- Experience with SQL or similar data tools for self-service analytics is strongly preferred.
Location
This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco offices.

- Annual base salary range of $198,000–$235,000.
