Project Manager / IT Integrator

ING Hubs Poland is hiring for an IT project and program management role focused on the IT Security domain. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “IT Integrator III” or “IT Integrator IV”.

Salary

• Expert position: PLN 13,000–19,000 per month
• Senior expert position: PLN 17,300–23,000 per month
• The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the delivery of projects, programs, and strategic initiatives within the IT Security domain.
• Build and maintain project or program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Align priorities and delivery plans across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organizational units.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure transparency through status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communication.
• Support decision-making by providing insights, recommendations, and delivery guidance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partner organizations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance processes, and ways of working.
• Depending on experience and seniority, lead individual projects or larger cross-domain programs and transformation initiatives.
• Travel as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in an IT field.
• International project experience.
• Experience working in complex IT environments and managing initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate activities across teams, domains, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, well-organized approach with ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities and dependencies.
• Confidence presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to broad and diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English at C1 level.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with and understanding of IT Security topics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Degree, training, or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The squad provides end-to-end project management in the IT Security area. It follows an Agile approach and mindset while cooperating across the ING Group.
