Details
NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding computer scientist to join its Compute Developer Technology team. This role focuses on research and development techniques to optimize key cloud and HPC CPU workloads on NVIDIA CPUs, including in-depth analysis and optimization for current and future generations of NVIDIA CPUs.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with the developer community and subject-matter experts to understand and address current and future challenges.
- Guide framework and application developers, contribute directly to software stacks and libraries, and develop reference code.
- Collaborate with architecture, research, libraries, tools, system software, and product management teams to improve NVIDIA products.
- Influence the design of next-generation NVIDIA architectures and software stacks by investigating impacts on application performance and developer efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in computer science, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ and/or Fortran.
- Solid understanding of software design, programming techniques, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience benchmarking and optimizing enterprise and cloud workloads.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, effective time management, and task prioritization.

The base salary is determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. For Poland, the base salary range is PLN 292,500–507,000 for Level 4 and PLN 375,000–650,000 for Level 5.
