NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst to help drive digital transformation and create intuitive, high-impact experiences supporting core business functions. The role involves collaborating with global partners and influencing decisions related to enterprise applications, employee experience, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units, IT teams, and end users to identify business needs, employee challenges, and experience opportunities, translating them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving digital transformation, process optimization, and improvements to employee and user experiences across enterprise applications.
- Apply a product-oriented approach and build-thinking principles to develop intuitive, simple, and high-impact experiences that connect user problems with meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with global partners, architects, engineers, and business leaders to define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and develop systems supporting NVIDIA's core business functions.
- Use analytical thinking, data, user feedback, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed product and experience decisions.
- Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear stories that build alignment, influence decisions, and explain the rationale behind priorities and investments.
- Build relationships with collaborators at all levels, facilitate discussions, navigate ambiguity, and negotiate trade-offs involving user needs, technical constraints, timelines, and business value.
- Champion employee experience and user-centric development by gathering feedback and measuring adoption, usability, satisfaction, and business impact after launch.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and intended business outcomes.
- Mentor junior analysts and help foster a culture of curiosity, customer empathy, analytical rigor, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding analytical and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information, recognize patterns and root causes, define ambiguous problems, and develop practical recommendations.
- Strong product approach, including understanding users, defining problems before solutions, prioritizing based on value, and continuously improving experiences using feedback and data.
- Passion for user and employee experience, with the ability to support simple, intuitive experiences while balancing business requirements and technical realities.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, including the ability to turn complex data, user insights, and technical concepts into persuasive narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence global teams, senior leaders, technical partners, and diverse business functions.
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, navigate ambiguity, and build consensus.
- Technical proficiency in AI-powered enterprise solutions, advanced analytics platforms, enterprise application integration, and modern digital workplace technologies.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Level 4 base salary: USD 144,000–230,000 per year.
- Level 5 base salary: USD 168,000–270,250 per year.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
