ClickHouse is hiring a talented Senior Frontend Engineer for its Unified Console Growth Team. The team focuses on user experience, A/B testing, signup and authentication funnels, onboarding, customer activation, and product analytics instrumentation. The role involves implementing seamless user experiences while working with business metrics and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Implement new onboarding flows, A/B experiments, and upgrade funnels to improve conversion and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Contribute to growth infrastructure, including the attribution system and experiments framework.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and web fundamentals.
• A track record of driving complex, end-to-end features.
• Strong product and user experience sensibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
