Details
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Fulfillment & Logistics Data Analyst to provide advanced analytics, operational insights, and data-supported solutions across its international fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation network. The role will convert detailed fulfillment and logistics data into intelligence that improves delivery performance, warehouse management, cycle time, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end analytics across inbound transportation, warehouse operations, inventory, outbound fulfillment, transportation, and final delivery.
- Analyze operational performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve cycle time and service levels.
- Conduct root-cause and Pareto analysis to identify systemic drivers of operational failures and recurring exceptions.
- Develop predictive and exception-based analytics to help operations teams identify risks before they impact customers.
- Develop and sustain scalable dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent business intelligence platforms.
- Extract, merge, and analyze data from enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, carrier platforms, and logistics visibility systems.
- Identify master-data issues affecting fulfillment execution, including product dimensions, weights, country of origin, packaging information, carrier data, and warehouse master data.
- Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to fulfillment and logistics operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- More than 12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, operations analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong experience analyzing warehouse, transportation, inventory, order fulfillment, or supply chain performance data.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP TM.
- Experience with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytical and data platforms.
- Knowledge of global transportation, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations.
- Experience working within high-growth, technology, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data-center supply chains.
- Ability to explain why operational events occurred and recommend appropriate actions.
- Strong understanding of how warehouse, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment processes interact.
- Ability to convert complex datasets into concise, executive-level insights.
- Focus on analytics that drive measurable operational improvements.
- Ability to connect business processes, system events, master data, and operational outcomes.
