  • Design accounting workflows that record product lifecycle financials in Oracle FAH GL.
  • Define and refine data pipeline monitoring controls.
  • Support month-end close processes.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to automate manual operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering on technical specifications and implementation approaches.
  • Run UAT sessions with Revenue Controllership and Tax stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Ability to write performant queries against partitioned tables, aggregate high-cardinality transactional data, and troubleshoot data anomalies at scale.
  • Understanding of big data principles, including distributed data processing, batch and streaming pipelines, data partitioning strategies, data lake and data warehouse architectures, and latency, throughput, and consistency tradeoffs.
  • Understanding of transactional data characteristics, including event-driven data structures, ACID properties, immutability of financial records, audit trails, lineage requirements, multi-currency and multi-entity data handling, and period-end cutoff logic.
  • Familiarity with subledger-to-General-Ledger data flows and validating accuracy across the process.
  • Experience working with or alongside Oracle FAH, General Ledger, or equivalent ERP platforms.
  • Ability to engage with technical design documents and align with engineering teams on implementation specifications.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline architecture and monitoring controls, including SLA management, data quality checks, alerting frameworks, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Active use of AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, analytical workflows, and process automation.

Platform and Product Management

  • 6+ years of experience in platform management, product management, or technical program management with a strong finance and accounting data focus.
  • Experience owning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder platform roadmaps with competing priorities.
  • Track record of driving end-to-end delivery across design, engineering, testing, release, and production normalization.
  • Experience working in Agile and continuous delivery models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clear outcomes.
