Senior Product Manager, Notifications

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Notifications Engagement. The role focuses on building a real-time notifications platform across in-app, push, email, and potentially new channels, delivering the right content to the right user at the right time. The position will address reach and addressability, off-platform conversion, inventory development, and post-click experiences across operating systems and channels to support user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement, with a focus on improving user value and retention.
• Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap supporting Notifications and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, data, engineering, and product management teams to understand problems, capture ideas, and manage a prioritized requirements backlog.
• Participate in quarterly planning to define initiatives, resolve dependencies, and perform data-driven prioritization.
• Analyze feature and experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and company.
• Synthesize insights from data analysis to build more personalized and effective product features.
• Partner with internal business, operations, and partnerships teams to launch and maintain features that support Reddit's growth.
• Lead market and usability research to identify opportunities and develop product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience growing at-scale consumer products and understanding growth through improved user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build SQL queries from scratch and solve complex problems through data analysis.
• Experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps, setting OKRs, defining and measuring experiments, and collaborating with engineering, product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams.
• Passion for testing and learning at a fast pace.
• Ability to define team goals and success metrics and track progress against Reddit's business objectives.
• Exceptional independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal.

Preferred Experience

• Consumer growth and scaled experimentation.
• High-traffic consumer experiences and/or machine-learning-adjacent products.
• A background in UX, mobile, engineering, or data science.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $190,800–$267,100 USD per year. The role is also eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and may be eligible for commission depending on the position offered.
