Senior Program Manager, Business Process Transformation

Reddit is looking for a strategic operator and program manager to join the GTM Excellence team within its GTM Strategy & Operations organization. GTM Excellence transforms and scales sales processes, policies, and programs to reduce friction in the sales cycle, drive systemic consistency, and increase seller productivity.

This high-visibility role will help shape how Reddit scales by owning ambiguous, high-impact opportunities, developing clear recommendations, and leading initiatives from idea through execution. The role focuses on building systems and processes that maximize customer-facing time and create a seamless experience for Reddit advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize ambiguous, high-impact business problems by developing hypotheses, driving analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve operations.
• Collect and translate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models by identifying friction points and root causes, then creating simpler and more standardized ways of working.
• Develop policies and governance frameworks, including guardrails, adherence monitoring, effectiveness tracking, and regular updates.
• Turn analysis into recommendations, tradeoffs, and action plans.
• Create presentations, documents, and other materials to support executive discussion, decision-making, and alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead implementation, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.
• Define success metrics, track results, gather feedback, and continuously improve processes.
• Establish governance and guardrails that drive consistency without unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business process transformation, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into recommendations and action plans.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and tradeoff evaluation.
• Experience designing and implementing standardized, scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners, driving alignment, and leading change from problem framing through implementation and adoption.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising.
• Experience in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with sales tools and technology that improve seller efficiency and productivity, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Background in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, ideally including in-house experience after consulting.

Compensation

The base salary range is $154,700–$216,600 USD. The role may also include equity in the form of restricted stock units and, depending on the position offered, commission. Reddit provides benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match, vacation, and parental leave.

The role is required to be based in person in Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
